Price information
The stated guide prices are per person and night including half board and vary depending on the booking situation. Get the best price and book early. In addition to the overnight price, a local tax must also be paid on site.
The following discounts apply to children with 2 full-paying adults in the parents‘ bedroom:
- Children from 14 years of age: -25 % discount
- 8 – 13.9 years: -30 % discount
- 2 – 7.9 years: -40 % discount
- 0 – 1.9 years: €10.00 per night

Cancellation conditions according to Article 1382 Swiss Civil Code (ZGB)
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Code (Art. 1382 Civil Code) there is no right to cancel the trip. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 1 month before the day of arrival at the latest: free cancellation possible
- Up to 14 days before the day of arrival at the latest, we charge 80% of the agreed booking price as a cancellation fee.
- From 13 days before arrival, in the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, we charge 100% of the agreed total price as a cancellation fee.
- In the event of cancellation from 13 days before the day of arrival, if the booked room is not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation and in the event of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the agreed total price.
- Cancellations are only possible in written form.
- Any cancellation fees will be retained, even if the booked room could subsequently be re-rented in whole or in part.

Bill payment options
The hotel bill can be paid in cash (up to the maximum limit for cash payments permitted in Italy), with EC card, Visa, Mastercard or with ATM. Payment with American Express and Diners Club cards is not possible. We do not accept checks as a form of payment.
We are also happy to issue you a separate invoice for your company. Please let us know when checking in.
Payment by bank transfer is possible upon request, up to 3 business days prior to departure.

Check-in: from 2:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:30 am.
Late check-in: from 6:00 pm – please let us know in advance
Dogs
Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here. Their dog bed and food bowl will be ready when you arrive. If you would like to take your dog with you to meals, we will be happy to prepare a table in the bar area upon prior arrangement. Our dining room as well as the SPA and garden area are dog-free zones. We charge €25.00 per dog per day.
Note: leads are required throughout the hotel, in the village, in the town and on walking and hiking trails in the region. Muzzles are mandatory on all public transport and cable cars.
Non-smoking establishment
All rooms and areas in the hotel are non-smoking areas. Please enjoy your cigarette on your private balcony or in the lounge area on our terrace.

Our reception is open daily from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm. Our employees will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
