An unforgettable gourmet experience
Begin the day with a hearty breakfast consisting of vital organic foods from the region, crispy oven baked bread, homemade jams and a fragrant coffee blend of the house. Our Balance smoothies and teas help to start the day gently.
For dinner, we offer a 5-course menu with meat and fish as the main course and vegetarian/vital dishes. Although we specialize in traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, our team in the kitchen also caters to Mediterranean and international platters.
Fine wines from our cellar are paired with the dinner menu, intended to please even our most fastidious guests. The Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Moscato Giallo grape varietals mature in our own vineyards and our house wines are made by the Mazohl Family in the hotel cellars.
