My Balance Week around Partschins Waterfall (certified climatic spa)

Return to everyday life feeling strengthened all round with meditation, forest bathing and climatic terrain cure.

The nature around Partschins with its powerful landscape and the curative waterfall climate provides the perfect setting for a week where your focus is directed specifically away from everyday life and towards your own wellbeing. Special experiences in the company of local experts and moments of relaxation that change every day give you strength and fresh momentum for overcoming stress and improving your health in everyday life.

In the run-up to the Partschins Balance Week a 48 hour-long biofeedback measurement provides information on your own lifestyle and, using your heart rate variability, analyses the times when you are either under strain or able to relax during your day-to-day life. The data recorded are then evaluated as part of an individual discussion with one-hour coaching session on site in Partschins.
