A wonderfully peaceful location in Partschins, on the south side of
the “Sonnenberg” with panoramic views towards Meran; this
is where the Hotel Stachelburg is located!

To be more precise: 642 m above sea level, in one of the most favourable
climatic areas of South Tyrol with a minimum of 300 statistically proven sunny
days a year.
Partschins is also called: „The door to the Texelgruppe“,since
it is here where the Natural Park “Texelgruppe" begins.
A short distance of 8 minutes by car and comfortable walk of max. 2
hours to the centre of Meran make our place a central starting point.
Even more so, as Partschins and the Hotel are also starting points
for over 20 different walks, climbing tours and short strolls with various
grades of difficulty.
